If you are not satisfied with your order, we are here to help. We will provide you with a full refund for your purchase, including shipping costs for all damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped items. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible so that returns and refunds can be processed.
Return conditions
- You can only return goods within 14 days of receipt. We recommend that customers inspect the contents of their goods as soon as they receive them. Please initiate the return/refund process as soon as you determine that the goods are damaged or shipped incorrectly.
- Please contact our customer service department to request a return. Please do not return the package directly to the address on our website or the address on the package as this is not our return address.
- Returned/refunded items must be in their original condition. We do not accept returns of items that have been used, worn, washed, altered or damaged. If you need to return an item, please ensure that the original tags remain on the item.
- All of our merchandise is made to order. This means that we have no excess stock in our store. Once you have placed your order, we will customize it for you. Therefore, we do not accept returns on your order. Our return policy only accepts damaged or incorrectly shipped items.
- Please be sure to keep your receipt and tracking information when you send your return to us. We are not responsible for returns that are incorrectly shipped, damaged, or lost in transit.
- Once you receive an item that you believe to be defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped, please take pictures of the original packaging. This will help us process your return, partial refund or full refund quickly.
- Upon receipt of your return, we will check your order and notify you that we have received the goods. Once your return has been processed and approved, we will initiate the refund process via the original method of payment. Depending on the card issuer's policy, you may receive your refund within a few days.

Applies to all standard/custom size orders
QIAOYA will process a full refund for all damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items with shipping charges. If you are not satisfied with your order, please take pictures of the original order so we can process your refund.
If you change your mind about your order, please allow 14 days from receipt of your order to process your return request. Please note that these days are calendar days and therefore weekends are counted. Therefore, it is in your best interest to contact our customer service department as soon as possible to process your return.
All undamaged returns should be sent back in their original condition. We do not accept returns that are worn, washed, altered or damaged. In addition, please ensure that all returned items are sent back with the original tags. We may not be able to return items that do not meet the above criteria or return policy.
Your return, exchange or refund will be processed within 7 business days after you have submitted your return request and confirmed receipt. Please note that the time to receive a refund depends on your card issuer or bank's policy. Typically, most card issuers take 7 to 14 business days to process refunds.
All custom orders are tailored to your specifications. This means that once the order is complete, it belongs only to you and you alone. We cannot resell custom orders to other customers. Therefore, we do not process returns or refunds on custom orders unless there is a quality issue. Before placing an order, please make sure to double check and confirm details such as color, style and size within 24 hours of confirming your order.
If there is a quality issue, please take pictures of the original item and contact our customer service department to request a return. We will notify you when your request has been approved and process the return or refund within seven days of receiving and inspecting your order.
Applies to all style/size selection orders
Please understand that all of our gowns are custom made, which means that the gown you order is custom made for you. Therefore, we do not accept "buy one get one free" orders. To minimize environmental pollution and waste of resources, we do not recommend "buy one get one free" orders. Once your order is confirmed, we will assume that you need all the items in the order and strictly adhere to our return and refund policy.
Fabric Samples, Personalized Products, Accessories and Rush Orders.
We are unable to process all returns, refunds or exchanges of fabric samples, personalized products, shoes, veils or accessories after the final sale.
We will not refund the expediting fee for expedited orders unless the order is defective. If you receive a defective order, you may contact us and we will check and process the expediting fee as soon as possible.
All final sale items
For final sale items, we will not be able to process any returns or refunds.
Defective, damaged or incorrectly shipped items
If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrectly shipped item, you are eligible for a full refund. However, if you believe the item was damaged during shipping, you must provide documentation of "proof of damage" from the courier company. This documentation should be submitted with the picture or item when submitting your return request.
Size and fit issues
Our seamstresses reserve extra fabric at the seams of all gowns for minor alterations. We realize that sometimes the finished gown may be about an inch off in either direction from the specified size. This allows you to make alterations to make the gown fit you better.
Size Deviation
Let's assume that your dress size deviates from the order specifications by more than an inch. In this case, you can have it adjusted by a local tailor. In this case, we will reimburse you up to 40% of the purchase price of the product (excluding shipping costs). If you choose this option, please remember to ask your tailor for a receipt. A copy of the receipt must be provided when requesting reimbursement.
Color Mismatch
Regarding color mismatches, please note that there may be slight color deviations due to your computer screen or mobile device settings. However, if you are confident that the color does not match what you ordered, please contact Customer Service to find out if you can return it or get a refund.
Handmade Problems
Most of our gowns are handmade by experienced seamstresses, so some problems may occur during the customization process, but we do not regard them as quality issues and will not return or exchange them.
We provide some suggestions for you to deal with the problems.
1. thread. Cut with scissors, please be careful.
2. Ruffles. Iron the clothes. Please iron the reverse (inside) side of clothes with beads, embroidery or other decorations.
3. Light marks. This is mainly caused by the tailor's use of water-based erasable pens when cutting. Just wipe gently with water.
Exchange Policy
Would you like to exchange your dress for a different size? Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges on any of our products at this time. All of our gowns are made to order. Therefore, we do not have any extra gowns available for exchange. If you would like a different product, please return the order and start a new order from scratch.
