Can I get more discounts for multiple orders or bulk orders?
We make every effort to make most of our gowns at reasonably affordable prices. So that every girl can have her favorite style for her event, we are happy to offer discounts for bulk orders based on amount and quantity. For more details on discounts, please contact our online assistant or email us.
Can I make changes to my order?
To ensure that each of your orders arrives on schedule, we will send you a confirmation email to reconfirm the order, or you can let us know your requirements for the order within a certain period of time. In order for orders to arrive on schedule, orders will be processed after confirmation or if no questions are raised within 12 hours of the confirmation email being sent. Please understand that once an order has been processed, it cannot be easily modified due to scheduling, material and cutting costs.
How can I check the status of my order?
Once an order has been placed, you can check the status of your order at any time in My Account and you will know how far along the order is. You can also send us an email or contact us online for more details.
Payment
I want to make a payment, but why is the payment rejected?
We believe that every customer can enjoy a safe and convenient shopping experience here because we offer the most popular payment methods: PayPal, credit/debit cards. But unfortunately, if your payment is declined, don't worry, we will help you out. This is due to the limitations of the banking system and there are many factors that can have an impact, such as the card having been used elsewhere, recent and frequent use, etc. All you need to do is use another card or call and ask your bank to lift the restriction and try again.
How do I use a coupon?
Fill in the coupon code box displayed on the checkout page and use the coupon. Either the coupon you signed up for or the bargain coupon provided by the sales assistant can be used here.
Is it safe to pay here?
Ensuring the security of the information submitted by our customers is one of our top priorities. We are verified by International Bank Verification System and Paypal and are monitored by their terms and policies. You will have the safest shopping experience here.
Which cards can I use to pay?
Most credit and debit cards can be easily paid here. They can be visa card, mastercard etc.
Delivery
Can I change my shipping address?
You can change the delivery address before the order goes to the shipping stage. There may be additional shipping charges and duties depending on the destination and its local policies, which you can check with our online assistants and local departments.
How long is the shipping time?
We are committed to providing secure door-to-door service for every order. It will arrive at your home within approximately 5 days after shipment. Please note that the estimated arrival date may not be as reliable as you expect in the event of a holiday, unexpected inclement weather, or other circumstances that may affect delivery service.
What if I miss my delivery?
After the first failed delivery, you can find your local courier service contact in our failed delivery emails and ask them to arrange another delivery on another day that is convenient for you. Please note that if you are lost or unavailable for several deliveries, there may be an additional charge for redelivery. It cannot be considered our fault if the parcel is returned to us or destroyed by the courier service due to a prolonged period of non-response from the customer.
